£30,000 - £35,000 depending upon experience and realistic OTE circa £80,000 - £100,000

This is a newly created role, for a quality-focused and modern Mortgage Advice business, which has arisen due to continued organic growth. As such, you'll be part of a flourishing team, with dedicated support provided by an award-winning network.

- You will be responsible for managing client enquiries and the advice process.
- You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service.
- You will be provided with leads from a combination of existing client base, organic referrals, and existing introducers.
- You will be supported to undertake pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads.
- You will be responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.
- You will have access to a wide range of mortgage providers and will be responsible for cases from start to finish.
This opportunity will suit a pro-active Mortgage adviser who is able to build lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently and will be based between the company office and a local estate agency, building strong relationships with the estate agency team and maximising the lead opportunities that come from them, as well as working closely with your adviser colleagues to capitalize upon the firm's existing business and lead generation channels.
