As a Recruitment Resourcer:
- Engagement: Sourcing the best candidates from the market and deploying tailored talent attraction tactics. You will conduct face to face candidate interviews, to ensure you are creating the highest quality shortlists, then manage the interview process.
- Compliance: You will ensure your candidates meet all client and working requirements, by gathering all necessary documents, by completing Right to Work and Criminal Conviction checks, as well as collecting references.
- Influence and Negotiate: You will be hiring for some of the top businesses in your specialism, so you will be ensuring your candidates have access to the best variety of career opportunities and advocating for them.
