Role Overview: The HR Business Partner will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic people plans that align with business goals. They will provide expert HR advice, ensuring that people strategies are effectively integrated into the organisation's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to create and execute a strategic people plan.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering coaching and constructive challenge to leadership decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance on people strategies, projects, and change initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate organisational principles and future-focused HR strategies.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualified, or equivalent experience with a willingness to pursue formal qualifications.
  • Proven experience in people partnering at the Executive level.
  • Strong credibility and the ability to influence decision-making with a commercial mindset.
  • Expertise in workforce planning and the development of effective people strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and professionally.
