About:

Working in schools, you are a valued member of the team and will play an important role in creating a positive learning environment. You will work alongside children, teachers, and other staff members to support learning and to foster an inclusive, nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in both behaviour and classroom management.
  • Provide support to class teachers.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide individual support to children with learning difficulties.
  • Create and foster a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Communicate with parents and carers regarding children's progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for the children.

Requirements:

  • Passion for education and working with children.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in working with children.
  • Confident social and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment collaboratively.
  • Understanding of safeguarding.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
