About:
Working in schools, you are a valued member of the team and will play an important role in creating a positive learning environment. You will work alongside children, teachers, and other staff members to support learning and to foster an inclusive, nurturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in both behaviour and classroom management.
- Provide support to class teachers.
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide individual support to children with learning difficulties.
- Create and foster a safe and positive learning environment.
- Communicate with parents and carers regarding children's progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for the children.
Requirements:
- Passion for education and working with children.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in working with children.
- Confident social and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment collaboratively.
- Understanding of safeguarding.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
