Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Maths Teacher to work at a fantastic school in Goole.
This role will involve teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 students Maths, and will involve teaching some GCSE Maths. All planning and marking associated with a teaching role will be expected in this role, but there is a large amount of resources available on the shared system that will be available for the successful candidate. Payment will be in line with the main teaching pay scale, from M1 - UPS 3. This is to start in September and will last until at least Christmas 2024.
This school is located in Goole. and has a large onsite car park for those candidates that do drive. It is available via public transport for candidates without access to a car. It is part of a large academy trust and the shared resources on site are fantastic, meaning planning for this position will be minimal. ECTs are encouraged to apply for this role, and there is the opportunity to complete a term of the ECT during this position.
Tradewind will also support your development during your placement and beyond through our fantastic CPD via The National College. You will be put onto all of the same CPD as permanent staff members, and encouraged to grow.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- Hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience working within schools in the UK.
- Has experience teaching Maths to at least KS4 students
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the full CV History
- Legal right to work in the UK
