VisionFR are very excited to be acting on behalf of an outstanding Media Communications Agency in their search for a Media Payable/Media Billing Manager. This role will be responsible for treasury, AR and AP.

The Media Payable/Media Billing Manager responsibilities will cover:

  • Oversee & Manage monthly AP & AR workflow cycles (Order Cash / Pay) to including reporting requirements
  • Best practice process for AR, AP & Treasury workflow
  • Ongoing training and development of team skills & knowledge
  • Establish understanding of role responsibilities & tasks of direct reports
  • Cash Forecasting, Working Capital Management & reporting
  • Media WIP management
  • Credit Risk reviews and Client Credit limit / policy management
  • Approval of Media Supplier Payments & Online Bank Payment files
  • Oversee Credit Card charge management & reconciliations
  • Manage audit requests & deliverables in relation to AP, AR and Treasury functions
  • System & Security Administration for Trading & Finance systems, Bank & Credit Card portals
  • Support, guide & advise Agency teams re Financial requests, training or workflow matters

Key Skills/Attributes of the Media Payables/Media Billing Manager are:

  • Previous management / supervision / leadership experience
  • Working experience from either Media AP/AR role(s) for 5 years minimum
  • Media Buying Agency knowledge and clear understanding of Agency operational practices
  • In depth knowledge of fundamental accounting practices
  • Degree or alternative Higher Education qualifications
  • Intermediate Excel skills
