As one of the market leading specialists in the field of R&D Tax credit claims, we are currently expanding our internal sales function due to an exciting period of growth.

We are looking for experienced lead generators to join us in our Bolton office, if you're a top performer within your current role but looking for something new and exciting, we want to speak to you!

The Role

Lets get dialling!!! As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for prospecting, approaching new clients across the UK, discussing their Research & Development rebate eligibility, and organising meetings for our Business Development Exec's.

As an experienced lead generator, you'll already be used to speaking with 150-200 people a day, with great knowledge on how to win round gatekeepers, extract relevant information and secure the meeting for our closers! – so this part should be a piece of cake?

Although you might not be fully aware of how R&D tax credits work, don't worry! We provide an exciting and comprehensive induction to equip you with all the knowledge you need to succeed! This role plays a key part in accelerating the growth of the business by identifying and securing new opportunities.

With the opportunity to progress quickly into a business development Exec or Senior BD role, come in, hit the ground running and the sky is the limit!

A bit about you

Experience of working within a similar role would be preferred but, we are always happy to take CV's from driven, motived people that dream big and want to earn bigger!

We'd love to speak with anyone that is already working as an R&D specialist or has a professional services sales background, but this is not essential – We will give you all the training you need to get you up to speed!

We do however look for Candidates that..

  • Thrive working in a fast paced and demanding office based environment, you will enjoy working collaboratively, and will be ambitious and driven to progress a career in sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you have a natural ability for conversation and strong rapport building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail as first-time accuracy is essential.
  • Have a background in lead generation or appointment setting with the desire to progress into a technical sales role within the next 12 months.

  • We will reward you with a fantastic basic salary, and uncapped commission structure. Basic salary is determined by your level of experience but starts at £25k+ On target earnings including bonus is £40k, however our commission structure is uncapped (Top earners can easily achieve £50k+)
