Our client is a Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked firm based in Manchester, currently looking to expand its property litigation offering with the addition of a new solicitor or associate to handle housing management and anti-social behaviour work.
The role:
- Manage a caseload of housing management and anti-social behaviour cases, caseload will also include residential cases such as rent recovery but you will be acting for housing associations and other residential landlords
- Assisting junior members of staff with their caseloads where possible
- Carry out business development and raise the profile of the business via networking events
The successful candidate:
- Qualified solicitor ideally 3+ PQE.
- Good experience with housing management files ideally from a defendant background – strong claimant candidates will also be considered for this opportunity
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- An interest in the work and a commitment to streamlining processes.
