We are seeking a temp to perm Printing/ Machine Operative to join our client in Derby. In this role, you will support the manufacturing and production process within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment
- Assemble and package products according to specifications
- Monitor the production line to ensure smooth operation including the finishing
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet standards
- Must have a good eye for details and be able to multi task
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Be flexible with every day being a little different
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production or printing and operating machinery in a similar environment is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, with Week 1 shifts running from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Week 2 shifts from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
