Senior Finance Business Partner being recruited for Facilities Management business in London!

£75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid Working

I am hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner for an established, global Facilities Management company, where you will have end to end P&L responsibility for a business unit within the group, manage a team of Business Partners to provide complete commercial and financial management and support the business in attaining maximum value creation for customers and minimal risk exposure.

Key candidate requirements for this role:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Commercial finance experience in a commercial service contract environment
  • Prior experience in business partnering with customers is essential
  • Strong communicator able to communicate with customers, operations, suppliers and internal teams
  • Professional, committed, conscientious, pro-active and innovative
  • Positive attitude to change and ability to be flexible to the changing priorities of the role

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of customer representatives
  • Build partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers, stakeholders and their teams providing financial support to commercial decision making
  • Challenge and support the business (units) in driving business improvement initiatives, including cost reductions
  • Contract negotiations, price execution and process improvements
  • Identify and support in executing gap closure plans including proactive identification of financial and commercial risk
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of financial performance including month end results
  • Manage, motivate, develop the Finance team
  • Develop and execute actions to improve financial performance
  • Drive growth and ensure commercial control of projects delivery process
  • Advise the Managing Director and Key Account Managers/ Directors of all key changes which affect Commercial

performance and work closely with the Senior Management team on the accounts
