Senior IT Support Analyst required to work in a busy educational environment and deputise for the IT Manager on numerous occasions when required.
You will be an engaging and supportive techie and enjoy dealing with people and a combination of different technologies on a daily basis.
You must be proficient with Servers, physical and virtual through MS HyperV Diagnosing and troubleshooting network and switch issues as well as dealing with more front-end infrastructure and AV.
This is a site-based role where you will be dealing with technical and non-technical staff and be given the opportunity for really progression into an IT Manager role.
