Achieve Professionals is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive of at least 2 years PQE to join friendly high street practice based in Bishop Auckland.
Position: Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive
Location: County Durham
Salary: dependent on experience
Experience & Responsibilities:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum o 2 years' PQE in family law, particularly in legal aid work.
- Manage a caseload of family law matters (mainly legal aided).
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients facing family law issues.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Liaise with external agencies, professionals, and authorities involved in family law proceedings.
- Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with clients and effectively convey legal advice and information.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently.
