- Leading complex and technically challenging architectural transformations, coordinating design and platform teams across domains to define the high-level technical architecture and the lower-level technical design that provides solutions to deliver our business outcomes and meets our longer-term strategy
- Promoting adaptive design practices to drive collaboration of feature teams around a common technical vision using continuous feedback
- Influencing the definition and communication of a One Bank shared technical and architectural vision of end-to- end designs that may span multiple platforms and domains
- Owning all aspects of the technical design issues and driving resolution through the iteration of the technical solution design
- Continuously elaborating on the solution and its interfaces, validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives, and develop a pipeline of features and improvements to allow frequent and incremental delivery of value
- Influence the development of business strategies at an organisational level, identifying transformational opportunities for our businesses and technology areas, both new and existing
