Sales Administrator

Our client is a highly respected, privately-owned estate agency based in Virginia Water and is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team. The company handles some amazing properties in the Ascot, Sunningdale and Virginia Water area, including property on the Wentworth Estate!

Your main responsibilities will be to create a welcoming and professional environment as the first point of contact in the office, and provide general administrative and project support to the sales team and wider office. During busy periods you may be required to assist the sales team by taking on some property viewings, therefore, a full UK driving licence will be required.

Responsibilities will include:

First point of contact for clients and customers
Registration of new applicants on our CRM system
Uploading new properties and vendor details
Prioritising tasks and keeping to agreed time frames
Arranging for marketing via third parties
Diary management of viewings for the sales team
Producing and sending out documents on behalf of the sales team
Requesting AML documents and processing them when received
Producing brochures for new properties
Providing feedback to vendors on behalf of the sales team
Maintaining the office window display
Answering the phone and diverting calls
Conducting viewings when the sales team needs support
General office ad hoc tasks.

Personal specification:

Previous experience in a customer facing role
Experience in an administration role - an advantage but not essential
Sales or lettings experience is not a necessary requirement, but would be preferred
A genuine interest in property
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook specifically)
Strong attention to detail, work well under pressure and demonstrate a 'can do' attitude
Strong communication skills
Proactive and able to problem solve
Well presented, maintain a high level of professionalism at all times and demonstrate a passion for providing a high level of service
Self-motivated with minimal need for supervision, can multi-task and collaborate well with others in a team to achieve results
Full UK driving licence and your own car.

The salary will be in the region of £28,000 to £32,000 Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
