A leading Manchester based law firm are looking to recruit a Legal Cashier/Billing Assistant to start immediately on a temporary ongoing basis.
You must have knowledge of SRA and VAT and must come from a billings background. Experience of using Quill would be highly desirable.
Hours - fully office based Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Location - Manchester City Centre
Duties include
- Drafting sales ledger invoices
- Dealing with general sales ledger enquiries
- Ensure all SLAs are met, emails within the group mailbox
- Provide guidance to Partners on the firm's financial processes and procedures relating to the billing process
- Preparation of reconciliations, reports, and ad hoc information
