Monday - Friday: 9.00AM - 5.00PM
Pay Rate: £11.94 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for two Call Centre Advisor's to join our well-established client based in Erdington.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the customer service industry, this position will become permanent for the right candidate.

Day to Day Duties
- Dealing with Customer queries over the phone and email working in a call centre environment
- Dealing with internal departments
- Updating the database
- Making outbound calls to customers
Essential Skills
- Must have previous Call Centre experience and be available for work straight away
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working to call centre KPIs are desirable
What training is provided?
- Training provided but previous call centre experience is essential
