  • * Experience working or dealing with individuals with mental health disorders such as GAD, Trauma, OCD or phobias.
  • * Calm, patient and resilient approach.
  • * TEAMTEACH (desirable but not essential)
  • * The ability to facilitate a safe and positive learning environment and de-escalate any threatening or aggressive behaviour.
