Description
- Managing the CEO's diary ensuring all appointments are logged and information suitably prepared for each meeting.
- Delegating / coordinating the CEO's workload.
- Preparing for meetings, including but not limited to arranging, attending and taking minutes at meetings.
- Managing travel arrangements; booking flights / travel / VISA's / accommodation / providing itineraries.
- Processing expenses requirements.
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including the drafting of general replies.
- Assisting the purchasing team with supplier requests and raising purchase orders.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing documents and presentations.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
