My client is seeking a Consultant Litigation Solicitor to manage an existing caseload on a fully remote basis. They can offer guaranteed commission whilst you settle in.
The Candidate
- Excellent experience in General Litigation and Dispute Resolution
- Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters to include, Contested probate, landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, property disputes, and commercial litigation.
- Minimum 5 + years' experience in Litigation
- Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
- Track of record of achieving career goals
- Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development;
- Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships;
- Self-motivated team player
- Managerial experience preferred
- Ambition to progress
- Excellent administration and organisational skills;
- Professional but friendly and approachable
