Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager - HVAC Systems will involve:
- Project Manager role dealing with the design, installation, commissioning and servicing of air conditioning systems
- Managing the project from start to finish ensuring that deadlines and budgets are adhered to
- Overseeing all aspects of design, procurement and programming
- Attend site and office meetings and report back on project status
- Identify and keep on top of any risks, ensuring these are documented
- Dealing with reactive enquiries for projects
- Managing projects ranging in value from £1,000 - £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - HVAC Systems with:
- Must have Project Management / Project Engineer experience within HVAC market sector
- Must possess a sound technical understanding of air conditioning systems
- Understanding of technical drawings
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ideally holding CSCS card and SMSTS
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Strong organisation and time management skills
