Contract Support Administrator

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Contract Support Administrator to work for a growing Global Business. You willhandle various tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing purchase orders, managing invoices, and communicating with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Documentation and Administration:

Maintaining organized contract files, updating databases, and ensuring data integrity across all platforms.

  • Purchase Order Management:

Processing, tracking, and managing purchase orders in line with established procedures.

  • Invoice Processing:

Handling invoices, resolving queries, and ensuring timely payments.

  • Client and Supplier Communication:

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, addressing queries, and maintaining positive relationships.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

  • General Administrative Support:

Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as document preparation, meeting coordination, and office management.

Essential Skills:

  • Organisational Skills:

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.

  • Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping, reporting, and financial transactions.

  • IT Proficiency:

Competence in using relevant software and systems, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Customer Service Orientation:

A commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Typical Duties:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices.
  • Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries.
  • Assisting with the preparation of contract documents and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
