People Solutions are looking for a HR Administrator for our Client based in Livingston.

Day to Day Duties
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR and Finance functions
- Provide clerical and admin support to PA to the CEO and Directors
- Assist with the preparation of HR Reports
- Compile reports for senior management
- Maintaining employee records
- Manage and update process databases
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Book business travel and accommodation
- Assist with general office tasks as required
Essential Skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and to be proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft office
- Ensure prompt and efficient responses to actions
Desirable Experience
No HR experience required, but enthusiasm to help and engage with colleges and contribute to the company's mission, values and growth.
