This company are a leading construction company specialising in fire protection who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work within a variety of sectors, working with some global names. Looking to expand the business our client pride themselves on encouraging a flexible work-life balance whilst delivering a first-class service to their clientele. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join their fire protection team.
In this role you will be based on site playing a crucial part overseeing and tracking projects. Working closely with the team, producing rams, scheduling materials, estimate and oversee the installation of various passive fire protection products and arranging for subcontractors to price works and preparation of monthly contract applications and account reports.
The ideal candidate is a contracts manager with experience in a contracts management role specifically with fire protection experience. You will have good interpersonal skills as well as being able to communicate effectively across both the company and when facing clients.

The Role:
-Contracts Manager
- Building and Maintaining strong relationships
-Overseeing projects from start to completion alongside the PM
-Producing daily and weekly progress reports on various projects
-Scheduling materials
-Read and understand contracts, specifications and drawings.
-Prepare monthly contract applications
Requirements:
- Previous contracts management experience
-Fire Protection Industry experience
-UK Driving License
-Able to commute to Whitstable office
