Inform Recruitment is working with an events company with a difference. They run small, intimate, and interactive events, targeted at C-suite executives.

This Events Coordinator position requires a people person with the confidence to liaise with groups of individuals. Excellent organisation and planning skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude are imperative. It's an opportunity for someone who relishes a challenge, takes pride in their work and enjoys taking ownership. At least one year of experience working in events is essential.

As Events Coordinator, you will:

  • Work on in-person and virtual events - up to 10 per year.
  • Research and pitch a handpicked selection of venues, hotels, and dining experiences to the Events Manager for consideration.
  • Liaise with venues, hotels and restaurants globally.
  • Book flights and coordinate logistics.
  • Collaborate with third-party stakeholders.
  • Update event material.
  • Negotiate prices and work in line with budgets.
  • Deal with contracts.
  • Work closely with the sales team.
  • Travel with colleagues to attend events.
  • Communicate with speakers and attendees face-to-face.
  • Use CRM, InDesign, Word and Outlook.
  • Carry out ad hoc event administration.

The standard office hours are between 8:00 and 4:30 Monday - Friday, with one hour for lunch. However, there may be the occasional need to work out of these hours to accommodate different time zones. Due to the location of this office, transport is essential. As is full flexibility to travel.
