Internal Account Manager

Our client in the Automotive Parts industry is looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team based in Watford, working fully on-site Monday - Friday.

Offering a very impressive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 with a bonus structure in place.

The Internal Account Manager will maximise all profitable sales from inbound enquiries whilst developing and retaining customer relationships working from warm leads.

As in Internal Account Manager you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive driven approach.

Responsibilities of an Internal Account Manager:

  • Exceed targets and increase business profit and revenue.
  • Responsible for handling all incoming enquiries
  • Ability to identify & quote sales opportunities
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products
  • Following up on all quotes and finalising deals.
  • Record all necessary data in CRM

Requirements of an Internal Account Manager:

  • A salesperson with a target driven attitude - preferably in B2B
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and active listening
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
  • Efficient in CRM and business intelligence sales tools
  • Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment
  • Solving any problems with an 'think outside the box' approach
