  • ** 1-2-1 support for a KS3 SEN student, across the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • At least a 2:1 bachelor's degree in psychology, or a related field.
  • Enthusiasm for the learning of SEN students.
  • A caring, supportive personality.
  • Dedicated to following strict safeguarding procedures.
  • Some knowledge of special educational needs.
  • Previous experience of working in a school setting is beneficial.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality 1-2-1 support to a KS3 student with additional learning needs. You will work in close collaboration with teaching staff to adapt lesson plans and learning materials to suit the unique needs of the student and will be supported by an experienced SENDCo.
