eLearning Support Officer - Central Manchester - £31,000-£35,000

A new role has arisen within Manchester City Centre to support on an exciting project that involves the roll out of a new, cutting-edge e-learning platform. You will be working as part of a well-known and highly regarded Manchester institution.
The role is full time (35 hours per week) and has a generous hybrid working split. The project is initially set to last for a period of 12 months; however, the role may have the potential to turn into a permanent position.

Role duties:
- Working closely with the Theme Lead for Digital Skills and Head of Teaching and Learning Development to support the roll-out of a brand-new e-learning platform
- Developing innovative e-learning resources
- Project managing the work, creating concise plans for the intended work
- Ensuring that materials and resources can be evaluated for engagement and impact
- Supporting colleagues effective use of the platform, helping other to develop a strong understanding of the new technologies, practices and pedagogy
- Meeting with project stakeholders and liaising with content providers
- Delivering pieces of work within project deadlines and milestones
- As part of the Teaching, Learning and Students team, you will proactively participate in other related projects, team meetings and communications

Key skills:
- Working knowledge of Articulate Rise/ 360
- Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS is advantageous
- You will be well-versed in delivering to strict deadlines within the context of a wider project
