Electrical Estimator
Location: Kent, UK (with travel to sites across the South of the UK)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing electrical drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects. This role involves regular travel to various sites across the South of the UK to assess project needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret electrical plans and specifications to determine material and labour requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for electrical services.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and negotiate prices.
- Conduct site visits to gather information necessary for accurate quoting.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and codes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
