Position: Residential Conveyancing
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

As a Conveyancer, you will conduct title checks, handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and lease extensions, and manage new build and shared ownership transactions. You will execute transfers of equity, oversee remortgages and equity release processes, and work effectively under pressure as part of a team. Additionally, you will maintain a personable manner with members of the public, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
Requirements for the Role
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven track record in conveyancing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills with the public
