Legal PA - Finance - Paying Circa £54k + Hybrid Working
My Client, an American multinational Law firm who advise global Clients on a range of disciplines are seeking a Legal PA to support their Corporate/Finance department. The firm boast a distinctively collaborative culture which allows then to be truly one team, regardless of their global presence.

- Based in the City
- Hybrid Policy - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Paying up to £54,000
- Supporting Partner level

Duties include:
- Day to day diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Arranging global travel to include business itineraries.
- Email management.
- Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
- Time entry.
- Manage the billing process.
- Assistance with the BD activities.
