As part of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the Engineering and Maintenance, Toolroom, Toolsetting and Facilities Departments, to effectively deliver against the business KPIs and strategy, as well as having responsibility for liaising with relevant external suppliers.
Responsible for management, maintenance and analytics performance. Working closely with both Production, Head of Supply Chain and Logistics and leading the R&D function of the business, you will look to ensure effective communication and working relationships are established and maintained to support Production to deliver against key business requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven leadership in optimising team performance
- Change management expertise for continuous improvement
- Facility management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in TPM, SMED, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong people management and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Management of TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) requirements and scheduling
- Improve maintenance functions through SMED implementation
- Coordinate with production for enhanced productivity and cost reduction
- Lead teams for facility and engineering innovation
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
