You will be providing high-quality administration including diarising and organising meetings, maintaining records, being a point of contact for clients, and drafting letters and documents for fee earners.
DAY TO DAY
- Be a point of contact for clients.
- Maintain client files, documents, and draft letters.
- Diarise and follow up on key dates including matter reviews.
- Organise meetings.
- Assist with the finance of the team by ensuring accurate time recording and invoice production.
- Keep clients updated on the whole process of their case.
- To undertake an initial quality check of all work produced before passing it on to the fee earner.

- Ability to communicate with clients and other solicitors and advisers effectively.
- Good people communication skills and demeanour - empathetic and persuasive.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and be a team player.
- Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills, including an ability to analyse, manage and prioritise workloads from all team fee earners
- Ability to use initiative to complete tasks.
