HR Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary:£40,000 - £45,000
An organisation who are a leader in their sector with a strong brand name currently have a requirement for a high calibreHR Manager to come on board their flagship site.
This is to help the organisation through a very busy time
HR Manager - Responsibilities:
- Supporting a large employee base of blue collar employees.
- Supporting with complex / high risk ER cases
- Build strong relationships with Business Unit Managers
- You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions.
- Build positive relationships with your managers to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy
- Develop and implement succession plans
- Focus on Employee Engagement to ensure that employees connect with and commit to the business strategy, feel valued, are inspired to perform to the best of their ability.
- Implement strategies to encourage high performance culture
HR Manager- Skills and Experience Required:
- To be considered for this role you will ideally have a Manufacturing Background or an environment that operates at pace.
- Experience of working in a complex, commercial, multi-divisional organisation
- To be considered for this position you must have the ability to build strong relationships and able to influence and engage at all levels
- You will have worked in a fast paced environment ideally supporting large numbers of employees.
