Based: Gloucester / Hybrid
Our client, a leading compliance firm are searching for an experienced Software Developer to join their growing team. The position would suit a candidate who has a couple of years' experience and is looking for develop their career further.
The Business is dynamic and fast moving but with a strong team ethic and would offer a keen developer a chance to grow through shared knowledge and training support.
Key responsibilities:
- Design of software (user interface and backend engineering)
- Development of IT code, code review and testing
- Mentoring of junior developers
- Liasing with internal and external project sponsors to gather requirements.
Candidate Skills and Requirements:
- Good communication skills written and verbal and an ability to work as part of a team is essential.
- Computer literate with a passion for software development
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A good working knowledge of the following skills are required:
- Microsoft ASP.NET Framework/Core
- MVC/REST APIs
- Angular
- React
- Microsoft SQL
