- Quality and Consistency of Food & Drink Experience is essential

JOB ROLE / DUTIES
- Packaging of all beers to relevant standards.
- Maintain packaging, inventory, and housekeeping paperwork.
- Operate packaging equipment.
- Detailed shift handover.
- Preparation of packaging lines including maintenance and changeovers.
- Work safely.
- Recording all data to production sheets, database, and business software.
- Ensure cleanliness & sanitation of all equipment, tanks, and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality.
- Have a passion for quality beer and quality workmanship.
- Work well with co-workers.
- Work safely within tight spaces and with various cleaning / sterilisation chemicals.
Other responsibilities:
- A strong mechanical aptitude is a major plus.
- All duties as outlined in the production shift duty checklist.
- Work with and report any mechanical issues to the Shift Leader / Brewery/ Packaging Manager.
- Operate a forklift safely.
- Assist other employees as necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as required.
