Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum (in line with your current pay scale)

- Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs in a classroom setting.
- Help students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher and SENCO.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
- Relevant qualifications in education or child care are an advantage.
