We are working with a client based in Billingham who are currently expanding due to continued market growth. They are looking to offer an enthusiastic and flexible Business Administrator a full-time position in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer calls, manage visitors, and handle mail and deliveries
- Book hotel reservations per instructions, ensuring budget and travel considerations
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and creating job packs
- Provide admin support for training, update records, and book courses
- Monitor and report on fuel card transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Construction industry experience is a plus
Additional information:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.00am to 4.30pm (30-minute lunch)
- Friday: 8.00am to 3.00pm (30-minute lunch)
- 25 days holiday plus public holidays
