Business Administrator

We are working with a client based in Billingham who are currently expanding due to continued market growth. They are looking to offer an enthusiastic and flexible Business Administrator a full-time position in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer calls, manage visitors, and handle mail and deliveries
  • Book hotel reservations per instructions, ensuring budget and travel considerations
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and creating job packs
  • Provide admin support for training, update records, and book courses
  • Monitor and report on fuel card transactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Construction industry experience is a plus

Additional information:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.00am to 4.30pm (30-minute lunch)
  • Friday: 8.00am to 3.00pm (30-minute lunch)
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays
