We are seeking a GIS Application Specialist to join a leading global consultancy on an initial 3 month contract. This role will be remote, with expected travel to London twice per month.
As a GIS Specailist / Application Developer, we require the following skills;
Experience in designing and implementing complex application migrations
Experience of implementing solutions within the Cloud ideally in AWS
Experience of working with Oracle/ Postgres DB migrations
Extensive Experience of Esri ARC GIS Enterprise and/or SAFE FME, including
Best practices for Development and Configuration
Best practices for Security Controls
You will be supporting team members by establishing effective interpersonal relationships and cross-functional partnering work. Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, testers and developers would be preferred. You will understand solution development and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context
