We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for crafting and executing compelling digital marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for an experienced Marketing professional with a strong track record in SEM, SEO, and email marketing, who is ready to lead our marketing efforts and drive measurable results.
My client has requested that applicants must have strong working knowledge of CRM Platforms, Braze, Canva, HotSpot and Figma.
Day to Day of the role:
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, SEO, and email.
- Develop engaging marketing initiatives such as newsletters, blogs, awards, social media content, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Lead conversion analytics and conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and enhance user experience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, including the website, app, social media, and marketing materials.
- Report on key performance metrics, focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Lifetime Value, and Return on Investment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze.
- Skilled in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimise marketing performance.
- Proficient with design tools such as Canva and Figma.
- Strong academic background with an understanding of UX principles and brand consistency.
Benefits:
Salary on offer is up to £33,000 with a 10% bonus which of course is clearly dependent on performance and experience.
