- Maintain regular client contact and develop strong relationships
- Identify client exposures and uninsured areas
- Liaise with insurers on programmes, new business, and amendments
- Achieve high retention rates (>90%) and new business conversion
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, preferably with SME or Corporate clients
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Acturis or similar broking systems
- Commitment to professional development and compliance standards
