Events Executive role at a mid-sized international law firm. London based, hybrid working up to £44K
A new role has come through at a mid-sized international law firm, due to an increase of work. The team consists of an Events Assistant and an Events Manager who sit with the wider BD and Marketing team.
The role will primarily support and advise in delivering client events, both in-house and at external venues as well as occasionally putting together key internal events.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Liaise with Partners and BD Managers to discuss events briefs
- Support the Events Manager in managing the events pipeline
- Manage events from start - finish including overseeing logistics
- Maintain best practice guidelines for the smooth running of events
The team are open to backgrounds but do require someone who has had experience in professional services. Ideally someone already at the Exec level or coordinator level. They would also like someone who has InterAction experience or a similar software.
