Responsibilities
- Deal with complex account issues
- Reduce bad debt
- Responsible for the collection of outstanding due balances
- Ownership of ledger
- Reconciling accounts
- Proactive problem solving by liaising with internal and external sources to investigate and resolve disputes a
- Preparing-and participating in monthly ledger
- Credit administrative duties
Requirements
- Good command of both written & Italian
- Experience within a Collections/Credit role
- Excellent customer service skills
