£30,000 - £35,000 Monday - Friday early finish Friday 37.5hrs a week

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book & growth into various export markets they are looking for a After Sales Manager to join their Customer Care team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Working within the sales team to manage the aftersales support team

Ensure customer parts and service enquiries are dealt with

Resolving issues and queries from customers regarding spare parts and service schedule

Raise stock order requisitions, processing orders for spares

Assist customers with breakdown issues, liaising with service engineers to help customers on site

Internal liaison with production teams to ensure parts are available

Building relationships with customers, attend meetings when on site

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience using SAGE software

Experience with exporting goods would be advantageous

Experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing background would be advantageous

Benefits Package:

Salary:- £30,000 - £35,000
