Our Client, Peterborough Council, is seeking an experienced Adult's Social Worker to join their 18-25 Transitions team

Responsibilities of this role:
- Backlog of Care Act Assessment and Reviews - 18 to 25 year old - no case holding, Adults exp/mental capacity assessments
- Hybrid with 20% in the office.
- Hybrid expecting to be in the office at least 2 days a week, to attend team meetings in person and to be in the office on duty days.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience.
