Our client is a well-respected business providing financial advice and solutions to individuals, families and businesses. We are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Aberdeen area and support their Financial Planners in delivering high-quality service to clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with Financial Planners to deliver outstanding service and manage the client advice journey
- Prepare necessary paperwork promptly for new and review planning meetings, ensuring a positive client experience
- Efficiently gather information on existing client products using Letters of Authority, prepare illustrations, and submit new business
- Monitor all business transactions, keeping clients and Planners informed throughout the process
- Handle existing client transactions, including withdrawals, top-ups, and fund transfers.
- Manage proposition changes, rebalances, and other necessary tasks
- Identify clients due for review and follow established workflows
- Maintain accurate client records across various software systems
- Utilise task and workflow management system (IO) to ensure a seamless client experience
- Support Operations and Compliance functions by maintaining accurate information
- Adhere strictly to defined processes within the team
Experience required:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in IO and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Broad knowledge of the financial services sector and relevant FCA regulations
