Package - £25K - £27K basic salary + uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE) (Year 2 OTE £50K)

The Role:
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
- Bringing onboard new clients and building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.
The Requirements:
- Degree educated or sales experience or commerical experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Financially motivated
- Great communication skills
- String work ethic
