Functional Assessor (Remote - Homebased)
- Salary - £36,000 with uplift to £37,000 at 12 months. 4% of salary annual bonus

Main Duties of a PIP Assessor:
- Conduct telephone assessments for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).
- Analyse and interpret clinical information and medical evidence to assess claimants' functional abilities and provide detailed reports.
- Work autonomously with support from colleagues and the clinical management team.
Ideal candidates have broad clinical knowledge and assessment/report writing experience, though full training is provided.

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Paramedic, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
- One year post - registration experience
- Current NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to navigate various IT systems
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working in a range of clinical settings
- Strong IT skills
