World Class Aerospace Company based in Broughton is currently looking to recruit a Quality Line Side Assessor subcontractor on a 12-month contract.
- Candidate needs to come from a Quality Engineer background.
- Ideally candidate would have worked within an internal audit/ quality audit role.
- Working to process qualifications
- Industrial/ manufacturing experience
Role and Rate information:
Hourly rate £30.10 per hour. Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion). Overtime over 35 hours at a premium rate - 25% Mon-Fri and 50% Sat-Sun
Quality Line Side Assessor Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Airbus Broughton to join the team as a Quality Line Side Assessor within the Quality Department. Your role will be to contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality/ quality technical issues from business team and customer to ensure appropriate containment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial qualifications to ensure that an internal shop is enabled to perform an industrial process.
- Conduct validation of couple and IQ report.
- Collect evidence to evaluate compliance or non-compliance to process.
- When non-compliance occurs support impact analysis and recovery actions.
- Propose IQ status and Inform validator.
- To actively participate to processes improvements.
- To analyse Process Capability results to ensure preventive and corrective actions are taken in case of process deviations.
