Digital Customer Support ManagerFull, time & permanent, 38.25hrs per week, 8:30-17:00Hybrid working after an initial settling in period25 days AL + BHManagerial bonus schemePrivate BUPA healthcare

Key duties:

  • Support Marketing, Sales, Logistics and IT with all customers' digital onboarding and integration.
  • Provide knowledge, expertise, and co-ordination to both employees and customers in relation to the retail strategy initiatives.
  • Proactively review customer websites to maintain effectiveness.
  • Review and enhance all customer product data & downloads, ensuring all information is accurate and correct.
  • Work collaboratively with third parties to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage content on the website to minimise Contact Centre interactions, providing a self-help platform for customers to self-serve.
  • Support customers with technical discussions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Learning and Development team to prepare new development and learning tools and continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably expected.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience managing a customer service team
  • Marketing or website experience
