About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Independent Living Coordinator to join our team in Lytham. This temporary assignment offers a fantastic opportunity to manage and oversee various schemes, with a particular focus on retirement living, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of retirement living schemes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with staff and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services tailored to the needs of retirees.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within retirement living or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
